We also connect our wireless access points and voice-over IP phones with Cisco Catalyst Poe 2960x and 9200 series switches. They are fast, secure, and very reliable. They make it easy to segment the network and easy to manage.

Yes, it makes it easy to get support whenever you experience issues and parts replacement is very quick when you have a support contract. Reduced costs of material and support.
When we had a faulty module on one of our catalysts switches, Cisco provided us with great service and support. They managed to have the replacement module delivered within 24 hours and also provided support to restore the network.
