Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Duo

Use Cisco Duo for Administrator and RAVPN user authentication

Pros

  • Multifactor Authrntication using multiple methods
  • Ease of integration with Active Directory
  • Provide native MFA for Windows RDP servers

Cons

  • Endpoint Posture assesment
  • It does a good job so nothing else
  • Seamless user registration is a positive
  • Avaialbility of Multiple secure MFA methods
  • Reduce requests to Level1 support teams due to ease of use
User training
We were already using Cisco products and it was only additional user training which was required
It's now a seamless operation whether you are in the office, home or anywhere else
Cisco Duo supplements the above products in providing MFA
