Cisco Headset 500 Series
Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Headsets
Everyone in the department is using Cisco Headsets. It allows to better work flow as it connects to the the phone, laptop, and bluetooth. We use it for meetings on the laptop or if we were to use the Cisco phone.
Pros
- Integratability with other Cisco products and laptop
- The microphone works well and has a nice docking/charging station
Cons
- The Cisco Headsets are a bit bulky
- The Cisco Headsets are not as comfortable over the ear
- It makes meetings more efficient as we can focus on the topics presented.
When each of us receives the product, it is pretty simple to use and setup. I did not have as many issues when setting it up.
It has allowed for better communication during meetings. We have not had any issues with communication when listening and speaking into the Cisco Headsets.
They are integratable with multi-use functions. We appreciate the fact that it can connect to the laptop, Cisco phone, and bluetooh for other phone calls.
