Overall Satisfaction with Cisco IP Phones

We use Cisco IP Phones in our factory in areas like offices and factory floor, and it works very well.

Avaya does not deliver the functionalities of buttons like the Cisco IP Phones, fanvil also does not have advanced functionalities and neither does grandstream, all of these others have a slightly lower value but their durability is inferior, the material is a little weak and does not have the same durability as the Cisco IP Phones.
Very good audio quality, clean sound and video calls without screen locking, calls can also be encrypted.
I think that in 10 years of experience I only needed to open support once, the service was quick and efficient.

I highly recommend Cisco IP Phones, I use them in hostile environments like factories and they work very well.
