We use Cisco IP Phones in our organization to communicate between employees. It resolves the cell phone uses to communicate internally and quickly.

- It can add always on display
- It can add wifi connectivity
- It can a little bit slim to reduce space on the desk
- It has reduced the cell phone cost for internal office communication
- Though initial cost is high but in the long run, it's really cost effective.
Cisco has a wide range of products. We already use, Cisco switch, router, AP, Webex. We have trust on Cisco that it won't make us disappoint. It does it's job so well that we need not to think about it now and then for support and other faulty issue.
Cisco IP Phones' call quality is awesome. Person on the other side hears sound clearly. It's noise cancellation performs well even in crowded gatherings.

200 - Sales & Marketing, Pre-Sales, Supply Chain, Post Sales, Project Management and many more who use the Cisco IP Phone.
2 - Networking Knowledge like LAN, WAN, routing switching. I think CCNA is a plus who provides support for cisco ip phone.
- Inter departmental communication used by various team, like, HR, Finance, Supply Chain etc
- To communicate with external stakeholder
- Few phones are used for call center support
- Cisco IP phones are connected with hybrid meeting systems. So it allows to connect into the meeting without laptop or phone.
- Few of the IP phones are used in call center support.
- It's recording feature comes in handy for audit issue
- Integrate meeting schedule with IP phones so that if someone call they would know that the person is in a meeting.
- Out of office mode was suggested by me. At the time an employee is out of office or office hour is end. No call will connect and it will show: office hour end, please call at 10AM next working day.

Didn't purchase premium support due to cost.
Cisco support is great. There is cisco support engineer who once help us to identify misconfiguration and guide us step by step over the phone until it resolve. Even they follow up on next day whether the issue resolves or not. After few months, Cisco call center verify whether the support was satisfactory or not.
