We utilize Cisco Jabber to bridge the gap between our legacy Cisco phone service and our work-from-home setup that requires connectivity from remote locations. [Cisco] Jabber is able to fill this need seamlessly without us needing to invest in another phone service. This has allowed us to maintain seamless connectivity between our support team and our engineering team during these difficult times.

- Some glitches with SSO that require restarting the app
