My teams and I use the Cisco Meraki Dashboard as a one stop shop to monitor, manage, and configure our Cisco Meraki appliances.

Pros

  • Easy reporting

Cons

  • Customization-able reports
  • Gape between connection updates
  • Allows a less technical team with a lower head count manage a 1200 location business.
Easy to use, easy to understand, easy to train on.
More centralized and visual easier to follow vs Sonicwall.

I am not sure what our support level is
We had an issue a few weeks ago related to our M450s and an unknown bug we never knew about. There was no documentation about it until we called in and were told specifically what the issues was. This help us decide to downgrade the firmware to help us resolve the issue. They gave us all the options on how to do that.
