Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Meraki MR

We use it to give wireless access within our building. We have 6 of them deployed and they give excellent service to all our employees. We have a guest as well as a network access setup. Visitors are able to easily connect to the wireless without any issues. Employees use it with their laptops and cell phones.

Pros

  • Easy to setup SSID's
  • Easy to manage
  • Time of day control over SSID's
  • Up to 15 SSID's available
  • Use fewer AP's than we normally would
  • Firmware updates keep us going
Haven't had any issues and the 1 time I had to call support, they got the problem fixed really quickly.

The Cisco Meraki MR33 can be used in a mesh network. I use 2 in my house to give excellent wireless access throughout the entire house using a mesh network.
