Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Mobility Express

We use [Cisco Mobility Express] across our entire organization to improve our network capabilities across many facilities.
  • It gives our company reliable connectivity to our network.
  • It gives a detailed approach to what functions are available and how to change them.
  • It is easy to troubleshoot problems in the system.
  • Honestly, I haven't found very many issues since we started using it, and I'm glad for that!
  • It has given our IT team time back from not having to fix issues everyday with the network.
  • It makes it easy for visibility of the network and allows those who are new to it to learn it quickly.
We have little network downtime, if any. The product works well for our company of 400 and we have very minimal issues that come up and most are fixable very quickly.
It is available when we need it, allows employees access without having to be plugged into the wall. We have enjoyed having the flexibility the system provides.
I have not used or evaluated any products similar at this time.
[Cisco Mobility Express] gives IT visibility of our network and what our wireless system is doing and what functions it has. It allows us to troubleshoot when employees have issues easily and quickly.
