Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Umbrella

We as an information security team, we analyze the events and do the maintenance when something goes wrong or have to be configured.
  • To protect our users on-Prem and at home.
  • We use Umbrella basic at the moment and there would be room for improvement, especially for recognizing and managing cloud applications.
  • Return on investment is always hard to say, but I think it would. Nothing happened during the two and a half years staying at home, so I think that's the best thing.

It's a good addition to all the security measures we have firewalls and so on, and web proxies. I would say as a standalone solutions, that would not be enough.
