Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings

We use Webex Meetings to connect to our users throughout the world.

Pros

  • Easy to install
  • It's a quick way to connect with coworkers and clients online
  • It provides secure communications

Cons

  • The screensharing feature on the web version could be better
  • It's made it much easier for us all to meet with one another
  • It allows us to work from home, which is great for work-life balance
Our experiences with customer/technical support has been good.
We use Webex Meetings company-wide.
  • Webex Teams
It was really easy to integrate Teams with Meetings.
We ultimately chose Webex Meetings because of the quality of support with which it comes.
It is well-suited for when you need to talk to a person who's not near you geographically.
