Overall Satisfaction with Citrix Gateway

With my company we use Citrix Gateway to help connect our calls with our system. This helps auto populate the correct patient to help ensure we are taking care of our patients as fast as wr can. Citrix is a fast and effective way to help our team take calls to help schedule appts and assist them with daily needs. Thank you Citrix!

I love when a patient calls their phone number automatically populates a patients page for us in our EPIC program. This gateway is super fast and effective to help ensure we are getting the correct patient and correct chart
