Overall Satisfaction with Citrix NetScaler Access Gateway

I use it to access my client's environment. It is used across the client's organization for employees to access the environment remotely.

Pros

  • Easy to use
  • Easy to set up

Cons

  • Very sensitive to the internet connection.
  • Have to log in multiple times
  • Allows me to access my clients environment
  • I don't need to install software on my computer to access clients environment
  • Cisco AnyConnect
They both have about the same reliability but I don't have to install Citrix NetScaler on my computer which is nice.
It is great to use when user doesn't want to install another VPN connection on their computer.
