Overall Satisfaction with Claritysoft
We use Claritysoft as our main CRM. It is meant to track the customers, accounts, the products they've purchased, their type of account, phone numbers, addresses, etc., with a separate place for extra notes. It really acts as a large address book, which is fine, based on our sales model where contracts and opportunities aren't tracked as they normally would be in capital equipment sales.
Pros
- Acts as an address book
- Allows for a decent amount of customization
- From what I am guessing, isn't very expensive
Cons
- We should be able to import in sales data from Excel or some other format to be included into each account
- ZERO AI features
- Limited Dashboard features
- I would say it's a great way to have a consolidated address book which allows us to see past calls and emails to make future business decisions
- It's mass email feature for basic users is a bit complicated. There are templates, but for images, you never know whether it is sending to the customer correctly, which is not good for business
- It can't track sales data, so forecasting is out the window, which isn't good when we have to do quotas by hand and guesswork. Our company does it, and they do it well, but I know it must take a LOT of time
In my opinion, Claritysoft is like a second grader, and Salesforce is like a college graduate when it comes to what you can do and learn from the software. Salesforce integrates easily with other products we use, such as ZoomInfo, but Claritysoft is extremely limited in what it can integrate with. Salesforce costs more money though, so it really depends how you utilize the CRM to know what you need. Just a big address book to log calls and emails? I think Claritysoft is fine. Want to track actual sales and forecast? I think Salesforce 100%.

I don't believe we purchased premium support because I don't know if they even offer it or what it entails. All I know is when I need help, I know where to find it within the CRM and then either choose to call or email my question to receive help.
Yes, I believe this guy named Evan help me out when I was trying to get Outlook to integrate with Claritysoft. Outlook got updated, and it didn't jive with the CRM, so I needed help. They were working on getting it to happen, but I needed it now, so he advised me on what to do.
