Overall Satisfaction with Clarizen

We use Clarizen as our PPM application across the Latin American Region in the PMO and Professional Services business units. Clarizen helps us to resolve the portfolio and resource management problems. In the first case, we gain visibility about the portfolio composition and which kinds of projects are more profitable. In the second case, we now have our resources, work load, and availability. In both cases we have rollup visibility and great reporting capabilities.
  • Gain work load and availability, grouped by role, skills or department.
  • The portfolio breakdown structure supports the most complex design.
  • The social module gives us the advantage to maganage all the communications related to a work item.
  • Do not have an offline application.
  • Do not have a detailed user manual.
  • Do not have a detailed admin manual.
  • Fast adoption
  • Increased the project visibility
  • Increase the customer satisfaction because of the visibility and easy share capabilities Clarizen have.
  • Oracle instantis,Microsoft Project Server,Attask
Clarizen has the best cost-benefit ratio. Also has more efficient set of capabilities related to social module, it makes Clarizen a tool that gives you visibility across the entire project and all the work items related to the elements that really matters. You do not have to pay a lot of money to have a very professional tool.
We are still on our way to construct a project management culture across the company and we are pretty sure Clarizen can give us all the capabilities we need to manage the organizational change and to manage our project. At the same time we have a very useful tool.
If you have a young Project Management Office (PMO), Clarizen fits very well in that scenario, you do not need too much project management experience to make it work for you. Also if you have a PMO with some experience you will find all the capabilities you need in a Project Management (PM) or Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool.
