Overall Satisfaction with ClearSlide

Our business development and telesales departments use ClearSlide for email templates and live demos.
  • Great way to track when prospects view your email brochures
  • Live demos are an easy way to keep your prospect engaged
  • Clearslide is a great way to see success with what collateral works best with prospects
  • Recording demos, the lag time on recording is extremely slow.
  • Better way to track email templates that have been viewed; rather than just stating the last portion on the email address and having to go into the list view to see which contact from that company viewed the ClearSlide template.
  • Ability to hyperlink an actual webpage, so when a prospect clicks on the hyperlink to access the webpage I'll be able to see that.
  • Better customer service
  • Increased employee efficiency
  • Better way to track success with collateral.
I haven't used anything like Clearslide before.
I'm sure Infor will renew, but have no pull in that decision.
I ask the prospect what interests them and form my collateral around that.
