Overall Satisfaction with ClickMeeting

First of all, I use ClickMeeting to create and host webinars and online meetings. It allows me to address issues which are unbearable while using other software, like problems with connection, lack of some necessary features etc. I'm also responsible for reporting and popularizing of some projects in which ClickMeeting is the preferred tool to contact.
  • It allows presenters to precisely show and emphasize certain parts of their notes and/or presentations.
  • It allows users to take active part in meetings instead of passive listening.
  • This tool is well supported. All issues are addressed quickly and effectively.
  • Documents and presentations often lose their quality when stored in ClickMeeting's inner memory.
  • Turning the cameras on is impossible for participants. Using them is not always necessary for participants, but sometimes it might be helpful.
  • Many users appreciated easy access to meetings which I hosted on ClickMeeting.
ClickMeeting is more intuitive and provides more stable connectiond during meeting. It also reduces risk of sudden disconnection or logout.

ClickMeeting is well suited in all situations when I need to create a quick online meeting and discuss some matters 'here and now'. I use it alongside other platforms, but ClickMeeting has big advantages which are sometimes crucial, so that it's often my first choice. I highly appreciate the possibility of precisely showing some things on the virtual table, which prevents me and my coworkers from the necessity of noting everything by ourselves.

ClickMeeting Support

In fact, I didn't have any major problems with ClickMeeting. All issues I faced during using it were rather disadvantages than problems. No matter how serious any situations were, the ClickMeeting's support helped me quickly and effectively. Addressing minor problems protected users from occurring the bigger ones.

Using ClickMeeting

I gave this rating because ClickMeeting is just a good tool. It's not perfect, but its features and advantages are often much better than the ones offered by other similar platforms. It's also very intuitive, despite some minor disadvantages. That's what makes ClickMeeting highly usable and user-friendly.
