Wanted to use it for personal contacts to keep "top of mind."

- Terrible and obnoxious customer service
- Not friendly to small companies and individuals
- Automatic parsing of uploaded letters for addresses
- Ability to do e-mail, SMS or physical mail
- Low cost
- None. I gave up on it.
This is the company I eventually went with. MUCH easier signup and much better customer service. Very similar service offerings.
