Overall Satisfaction with Cloud Insights

Cloud Insights is a product used by our DevOps team. We use Cloud Insights to completely monitor and optimize the public cloud computing system we have in AWS and GCP. The service definitely saves us time and helps us quickly spot problems and take actions that we would normally miss.

Cloud Insights is a very compact service compared to others. This is very compatible with the service selection policy suitable for the purpose. So you really pay for the part of the product you need, which increases your financial efficiency and lowers start-up costs (time to learn the service and start using the service, etc.).
Cloud Insights provides a good support service. There is a lot of pre-made content (usage documentation, frequently asked questions, etc.) other than just the support you will get from a real person. I can say that everyone who works there is trying to help you as quickly and effectively as possible. They're also pretty good with their response time.

The company I work for has a very small DevOps/infrastructure team. Without using such an auxiliary service, it is almost impossible to monitor and keep the entire public cloud platform optimized. While focusing more on our own business, we have found solutions to technical and cost problems that may arise in our public cloud platform by using Cloud Insights.
By using the Cloud Insights service, we closely monitor the infrastructure cost of the public cloud platform we own. For example, sometimes our young DevOps engineers forget to turn off the resources they have opened for testing purposes, which can increase our public cloud platform costs. With the Cloud Insights service, we preempt these problems that may arise in this way.
I would be highly likely to recommended Cloud Insights to a colleague. It is definitely a successful product in optimizing costs, especially for companies with small DevOps and infrastructure teams. In such small organizations, the importance given to cloud products can lead to serious financial problems in the long run. Using Cloud Insights, it is very easy to optimize costs even with a much smaller team.
