Overall Satisfaction with CloudBerry Backup

We use Cloudberry as our primary backup agent for all of our clients and internal systems.

Pros

  • Ease of implementation.
  • Nice white label option.
  • Top-notch central management.

Cons

  • AWS image restores limitations not set when setting up the storage.
  • The profitability of the Cloudberry MSP program has been a win-win for both us and our customer base.
CloudBerry has a low cost but has the ability to attach to just about all the popular storage destinations. It is feature-rich and we've not got into a situation where the software has let us down.
Support is there when emailed and provide decent answers and insight when needed.
