Overall Satisfaction with CMiC Construction Platform

We use CMiC for our company's project management and accounting. Our entire organization from executives, accounting, and project teams all work together.
  • RFPs: entering RFPs from subcontracts is easy.
  • Field App: the current version of field app is not reliable and has issues.
  • Subcontracts: cannot override some fields to meet our company's needs.
  • Support: entering cases is difficult and the direct users cannot deal with support directly.
  • We look forward to expanding our knowledge and maximizing use of all modules in 2020. The User Group has been a great benefit to our company.
We chose CMiC because it has an accounting system.

CMiC Construction Platform Support

Do not like the support portal and requirement of case entry at all. Every user is not given access to the support portal; so there is a middle-person collecting and forwarding information between end-users and support.
