Overall Satisfaction with CMiC Construction Platform

CMiC is used as our accounting software across the company. It is utilized for timekeeping, per project budgeting, and invoice approving.

  • Job forecasting
  • Job forecasting is not user friendly. We utilize other means for forecasting.
  • Invoice approval is good.
Procore is better for document management than CMiC. We use a combination of Procore and CMiC currently.

I do not see the back-office functionality. I utilize CMiC on a per-project cost basis.
We do not utilize CMiC for job forecasting. All we utilize it for is for cost inputting and accounting.
The overall interface is somewhat cumbersome. Our company only utilizes a small portion of the platform being just the cost side. None of the management features are utilized.
