Overall Satisfaction with CMiC Construction Platform
CMiC [Construction Platform] is our primary ERP platform for construction financials. It is our cost single point of data. It's used by everyone in the Company.

- There are many workflows available for you to choose from
- Support has been traditionally sub par
- The customer is not often treated like a partner
- New releases are not tested throughly
- It has given a us a solid platform that integrates with other systems via APIs and data connectors
- The cost of maintaining this system is relatively high
- It is somewhat customizable.
It has been many years since we evaluated something else. Feature wise, CMiC [Construction Platform] is robust. Smaller user base, but is a solid platform. As mentioned, their testing on new releases could be greatly improved upon. It doesn't feel as polished as some more widely used system.
