Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use CMiC for Project Management, Payroll, Accounting, Invoice routing, and Time recording. The advantage of using CMiC is that all our data is centralized into one database. This means that everything talks to each other without the need for clunky 3rd party integrations.

Procore does Project Management better, however, we selected CMiC because of the single unified database for Project Management and Accounting.

If you are looking for a natively integrated ERP platform built specifically for the Construction Industry, then CMiC is for you. There are many other solutions out there, but only a handful that integrates financials into project management. The advantage of this is that you get real-time, accurate financial data along with Project Management without the need for 3rd party integrations.
