Overall Satisfaction with CodeTwo Backup
We have an exchange hybrid environment and have been looking for a product to be able to backup our Mails and Data on Sharepoint / OneDrive. After trying some products we decided to opt for CodeTwo Backup because the product is very easy to set up and the user interface is straightforward. Setting up the back up jobs was no problem at all. The business problems the product addresses and also the scope of our use case are the possibility to be able backup up the above mentioned data and being able to recover them without any hassle when need be. Not forgetting how fast we can perform these actions. That was not passible with the solution we used before we started using CodeTwo Backup.

- The possibility to create a support case without having to log in to the portal.
- Overview of the backup mailboxes or Sharepoint / OneDrive data and their sizes so that one can see how big the mail accounts are
- The possibility to generate reports of the created backups
- Possibility to set up mail notifications like alerts, etc.
- With this tool, we have the option of storing our most important data securely, which we can easily access from anywhere.
- CodeTwo Backup significantly optimises our concept for how long we store or archive data.
- The ability to choose whether to store the data on premise or in the cloud has been worth it. That makes it easy to keep an eye on costs.
Already knowing another CodeTwo product (CodeTwo Email Signatures 365) and also being familiar with their support it was really easy to try this solution.Alone the documentation is very impressive and really easy to understand. We tried Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 and l would not say that's its bad or anything of that sort. It just did not impress us talking about the fastness in backing up the resources and also the user interface like CodeTwo Backup did.
