Overall Satisfaction with CodeTwo Email Signatures
We used CodeTwo Email Signatures for the entire company. It has helped us to standardize our email signatures and give them uniformity without having to rely on the users to make sure that they were using the right style.
- It's great for automating the email signatures. You set the signature you want for the person or group and then it automatically applies it to their emails.
- They made it easy to integrate with O365. It took very little time to configure it and get it working.
- The template editor was a little clunky and it was frustrating trying to get the correct spacing between lines.
- It would sometimes pull outdated information from a user's AD profile
- It allowed us to achieve consistency and gives customers a feel that we care about consistency and order
