We use CodeTwo Email Signatures to ensure that our marketing speaks with one consistent voice across Australia, NZ, and the US. Centralising the management of email signatures is a key part of ensuring that all of our marketing assets evolve in lockstep and that none of our staff are putting forth outdated messages into our ecosystem of clients and partners.
  • Inserting signatures for all desktop and mobile devices.
  • Provides a nice interface for authoring signatures.
  • Powerful and flexible rules for allocating signatures to staff.
  • When signatures fail to insert, the error message doesn't say why.
  • Can't quantify.

We were able to switch the whole company's signatures to a festive theme for Christmas and revert back in the new year. When the company made significant milestones (international expansion, global sales records, etc) we were able to add notes to the signatures to reflect press coverage and marketing focus.
