CodeTWO makes many things easier

CodeTwo Email Signature 365 makes it much easier to have standardised email signatures. This ensures that the current signature is used at all times and you can design and activate signatures specifically for individual users. We have currently rebranded our company and of course a professional corporate identity is part of this, CodeTwo is the perfect complement in connection with Office365. We had some issues with our signature templates and the html-design. Within one day, we got perfect assistance from CodeTwo, whcih helped us in creating a new template, which we are using now for all our staff. When there were problems with CodeTwo (Which hardly ever happened), we were informed immediately and comprehensively about the problem and thus feel that we are perceived as a customer and not left alone. A great product for anyone who wants a standardised and professional appearance for their emails. A little hint:Access to Microsoft Azure is required and some of the placeholders are named differently in Microsoft. Here you have to try out which of the placeholders is the right one. All in all, it's a great product at a great price and you can extend the licences at any time.We quickly switched from monthly to annual payment because we are convinced by the product.
