We use CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 to centrally manage and standardize email signatures, ensuring brand consistency and compliance while reducing IT workload. This tool also turns email signatures into effective marketing tools, enhancing our overall communication strategy and improving engagement for our IT clients. This is a vital tool for performance and efficiency.

Pros

  • Uniform Signatures: CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 allows administrators to create and manage email signatures centrally, ensuring all employees have consistent and professional signatures across their entire organization.
  • Automated Disclaimers: Automatically appends legal disclaimers and compliance-related information to all outgoing emails, which is crucial for industries with strict regulatory requirements.
  • Promotional Banners: Allows the inclusion of promotional banners, links to recent blog posts, or company news in email signatures, turning every email into a marketing opportunity.

Cons

  • The reporting features are useful but could be expanded to provide more detailed analytics on signature performance and user engagement.

It offers robust features and centralized management, but the initial setup can be complex and may require some technical expertise. We did have to work with CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 support (Piotr Gębski) who provided excellent customer service but if there was better documentation this might not be necessary. Once configured, it significantly streamlines email signature management and enhances brand consistency.

However, it may be less suitable for small businesses with the need of purchasing a minimum of 10 licenses. I think there is room to offer a package for smaller businesses with less than 10 users as they can still benefit from the professional display of signatures.
