It is being used across the organization to standardize email signatures and provide additional information such as closure dates and seasonal information.

- Provision of templates
- Scheduling options
- Signature generator is clunky and still relies heavily on HTML knowledge
- Provide a WYSIWYG interface like some other signature providers do, making the creation much quicker
- Have support in the Indo-Pacific region to deal with the time delays in support requests
- Positive - standardization of emails as staff were creating their own, making the organization look very unprofessional.
