Overall Satisfaction with ComplyCube
We use ComplyCube as an identity verification solution and a KYC platform as part of our workflow-based offering to large enterprises across financial services (banks, insurance, brokers, crypto, etc.). We needed an ISO-certified, trustworthy, and scalable solution that complies with the latest regulations and has a wide geophysically coverage to remove the compliance burden from our shoulders and thus focus on providing value-add services.

ComplyCube has offered us incredible value and convenience. Whilst other vendors tout their platforms as one-stop verification platforms, the reality is somewhat different. Many of them are effectively simple gateways to other vendors, which leads to undesired results when you want a comprehensive and consistent risk profile to comply with regulations, as I mentioned earlier. Also, most of the vendors we have evaluated had barebones investigative portals. ComplyCube's portal, on the other hand, was feature-packed but still very simple to use. Moreover, the user experience across the services they have was consistent and led to high rates of successful verification.
