Overall Satisfaction with Concur

We use Concur in the US for all employees across all divisions. It is very useful in our expense reports.
  • It is simple to use
  • It imports directly from your credit card statement
  • It flags issues easily
  • It is sometimes confusing adding a non-company member
  • It is not intuitive on how to upload more than one document
  • It makes the monthly expense reporting easy.
I have not used any other product to compare it to.
I think that Concur works well. It's easy and has the right amount of information. No one seems to have many questions which in turn says a lot about this system.

The company makes the decision and I know that they will be continuing with Concur.
