Overall Satisfaction with Concur
My whole organization uses Concur for all expense reimbursements. It helps our employees get reimbursed in a timely manner and eliminates paper reports floating around the company for approval.
- Eliminates incorrect general ledger (GL) coding
- Reminds managers about reports to approve
- Timely payment to employees
- There seems to be constant problems with slow response times
- Concur definitely increased employee efficiency. We make sure that the employee enters their reports correctly. If done incorrectly, the report is returned to them to correct. Once reports have been returned a couple of times, their efficiency increases greatly.
I was not in the selection process with this company.
