Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense

We use Concur Invoice as our primary method of payment. This has helped us to automate our accounts payable system, and improve the turnaround of getting invoices paid. Before using Concur, our primary method of accounts payable was paper check request. Using Concur has helped us streamline the approval process, and make sure we get things paid in a timely manner.

  • A more user friendly method of creating audit checks.
  • Cut down on AP time processing.
  • Less time passing around paper approvals.
  • Reducing late fees since we are no longer required to use campus mail to get check requests around.
Concur offers a wide range of customizations that really work well for our organization. I have found that when implementing Concur, we have had to cater to all the various departments to make sure their workflows are set up correctly. The customization within concur has really helped with this implementation.

Concur works great for organizations that have a wide range of needs, and various workflows that are unique to each department. Concur has really helped our organization to adapt and move to a more online, automated method of payment. Concur may not be the best for large companies that process hundreds or thousands of invoices daily, as the process does take time depending on how large the batch of payments are.
