Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense

Working in an environment full of fraud can lead to huge losses. That's why I implemented Concur Invoice at [where I work][...] til now I'm using it at [...]. Concur Invoice isn't incorporated in all departments, but we rely on it heavily in [the] finance and accounting department.
  • Concur Invoice has eradicated manual procedures when automating AP.
  • Moreover, Concur Invoice speed up business processes by automating account payable while integrating with external applications such as QuickBooks Online.
  • Concur Invoice has streamlined vendor payments by integrating this tool with payment providers to enhance secure payments.
  • Now that I am an experienced user, I have nothing to complain about Concur Invoice mobile application, which was hectic to customize and use as it lacked tutorials to guide me.
  • With Concur Invoice, we are able to view a spend before it happens to either approve it or decline.
  • Three way matching capability on Concur Invoice alerts us when there is differences in POs, invoices and accounts payable.
  • We have reduced the hassle and workload when paying vendors by integrating with payment providers like American Express to simply and secure payments.
Although I didn't use Tipalti for long, I [have] much confidence to admit that it was not the best fit for our needs. Concur Invoice had a mobile application for both iOS and Android and also has accounts payable tools for small to enterprise organizations which are rare on Tipalti.

Concur Invoice is best suited to all departments and units that spend company resources. I would recommend my colleagues and other prospective customers that are facing challenges such as inaccuracies in invoices and accounts to implement this solution. By doing so they will gain a lot in terms of account payables management.
