Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
I use Concur Travel and Expense as an executive assistant for our executives. I like Concur, but, one issue I find is the timing in capturing dates. Many times, my reports are returned for correction due to the dates not saving when I enter the expense. Also, I wish I could choose cities and states without needing to choose United States as the default. Otherwise, great software!
- Extra fields for continued detail about the description of the expense report
- Print outs of details (itemized) of expenses
- Ability to catch non-matching totals
- Date order or amount order of the expense
- Timely submission
- Internal accuracy
- Personal mileage is very important
I think I prefer Concur Travel and Expense to other applications.
