Concur Travel and Expense is very useful. You can upload receipts and you can do your expenses anywhere, even if you are traveling.
Pros
- Reminds you that you have expenses not processed.
- Upload receipts.
- Reminds managers to approve pending expense reports.
Cons
- Be able to process the expense lines that are not on hold.
- Increases employee efficiency.
I have not used any other software for expenses.
