Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
We use Concur Travel and Expense in order to track our business expenses, travel expenses, write-offs, and purchases associated with conducting business. It solves the problem of having to manually track and action all expenses by hand and paper. It is being used across our entire organization with myself included.

I have not used any other products for expense tracking. Everything I have done is manual, so this is great compared to my hand tracking!

Yes - our CRO came from SAP/Concur and spoke very highly of the platform and was very successful in selling and using it.
I would take a couple other platforms into consideration and weight the pros and cons by asking employees in our company to evaluate and spend time using each platform. I would specifically have them use on their mobile devices, computers, and web browers in order to get full function and capabilities of the platforms under review.

Yes - It works well enough. Seemed pretty easy and straight forward. The biggest issues I have always had with SAP/Concur is signing in and out. I don't understand why this platform of all has been so difficult. Oftentimes the password reset link won't send, and I cannot get into my account for hours on end.
