Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
Concur is used by throughout our organization. Concur is being used to ensure timely reporting and submission of expenses and also book their trips. The system allows users to efficiently and effectively submit their expense reports in a timely manner. The features such as the mobile app, currency converter, and trip booking are some of the features which are very user-friendly.
- Concur's mobile app is very user-friendly to book trips and create expense reports.
- The feature for taking a picture of receipts from your smartphone is very time efficient.
- Concur's web layout is very efficient and it is easy to navigate all the features easily.
- Add expenses in expense report has many steps and is not that efficient especially using the mobile app.
- Capability of adding multiple attachments for each expense item is currently missing from the version I am using.
- It has reduced time spent on submitting an expense report
- It has streamlined a process where employees are using one system to book travel
- The reports are submitted on time
Concur Travel and Expense is more user-friendly and the application is easy to navigate compared to other similar applications. Concur's mobile app is very easy to navigate and features such as uploading receipts from the phone are very useful and save the users a lot of time.

The most important feature we were looking for was product usability and features which would help our user to effectively book their travel and complete their expense reports. Concur had all the features we were looking for and also gave us the capacity for our users to remotely book their travel and complete expense reports on their smartphones.
I would use the same evaluation and selection process as used earlier. However, we would ensure in the future to look for features such as reminders to the users to complete pending open reports and also integration features from other applications.
