Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
Concur is used across our entire organization, throughout several regions nationwide. The platform has made it easy for us submit for reimbursements for anything from travel expenses, gift expenses, office expenses, etc. Both the web version and mobile app have been user friendly and have integrated nicely with out two factor authentication system that keeps us safely logged into each of our accounts.
- The app makes it really easy to upload receipts right at the time of purchase so I don't have to search for them all later.
- Love the ability to duplicate similar purchases and only having to change a few pieces.
- Easy way for employees to submit expense approval requests and for managers to approve them.
- The overall feel for the site could use some updating. The ease of use if there but the look and feel could be updated.
- Time saved for expense logs.
- Faster approval process for reimbursements.
I have not used any other third party platforms to compare Concur to. At my previous employer, the receipts were sent to our finance department to process and add reimbursements to our paychecks. That type of tracking and processing is great for a smaller company but using a third party such as Concur makes much more sense for larger companies.
Concur is integrated with our two-factor authentication program, One Login Protect. The program keeps us safely logged into the platforms we use most often so it's great when I need to use Concur, I just click a button and I'm in, rather then having to login each time with a username and password.
It's allowed us to adapt to working on the go, being able to travel and be reimbursed, etc. It's also allowed us to easily send and receive approvals up the chain without having to follow an email chain for example, with the who, what, when, and why for each purchase.
Concur makes it super easy for employees to send expense approvals to management.
