Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
The interface is easy to understand and the app has never failed me. The ability to scan receipts and add to a report in no time flat makes this key. I also like the ability to tie my travel to TripIt so I can see my travel on 1 calendar shared for my family as well.
Pros
- OCR Scanning.
- Auto Receipt.
- Integrate with Uber.
Cons
- The iPad app is not great.
- The website load time is more then I expected.
- Less time to get expenses in.
- Since it's easy to use, users are more likely to put in expenses and not wait for accounting to ask.
DATABASICS is terrible and not user friendly at all. I find Concur to be best in class.
It's easier to use then most apps, it makes expenses less stressful.
