Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense

I've used Concur for travel or expenses at the last 2 places I've worked which both used it extensively. It certainly made things easier and helped avoid a lot of communication but at ICF there were so many options because of how large the consulting company was that it wasn't the easiest experience.
  • Allows you to book flights easily
  • Allows you to be reimbursed relatively quickly
  • Keeps a record of travel and expense to look back or reuse
  • Not the greatest looking User Interface
  • Overly complicated if in a large organization
  • The first time was difficult to use and company limits didn't match what I required
  • Once you learn how to use it, it's much faster than manually doing things yourself
I used TripAdvisor for another company for interviews and that application was amazing. A better UI and much simpler but I doubt it has all the features of concur.
Concur was integrated with SAP at both companies and I'm sure they used that integration heavily but as a user I didn't notice anything
[Concur Travel and Expense] helped both organizations analyze their travel and expense finances.
It helps people get where they need to be easier and faster and record what they did
[Concur Travel and Expense] is great for using a company card to book travel and hotels with tons of options even for getting your own travel or hotel rewards. It's not so great for being a very quick way to pay for things because it can have a lot of options or requirements.
