Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
Concur Travel and Expense allows my organization to reimburse any expenses to its users. So for example, if someone needs to purchase anything related to a work expense, we're able to easily take the invoice or receipt and code that in Concur Travel and Expense to get reimbursed in a timely manner.

Concur Travel and Expense was the only thing offered to the users of the company. I'm not sure if they searched or tried to utilize another product before Concur. I was not included on that particular project. It suits our needs so I would assume they went with what would work for our organization.
For integrations, I'm not entirely sure what's used for the reporting end. That would be payroll since they keep track of those approvals. We currently have it setup for SSO which is very useful when needing to access the application while on the go. Users are able to sign in on any web browser.
Concur Travel and Expense has made company purchasing very easy for everyone. This included users with and without a company card. Even if something is purchased and not realized at the time if it's for a company purpose, it can be entered at a later time, and makes thing much easier.
From a employee stand point, Concur Travel and Expense really benefits everyone. Employees are able to submit expenses and received a fast turnaround, and payroll is able to approve those in a timely manner. It makes everyone's life much easier to keep track of every single item as well.
