Concur- Simple and Easy solution

Concur Travel and Expense currently is currently being used within the organization. As an end-user, I am sure it helps organization to track all the travel, expenses and invoice in a organized manner rather than having it tracked in a several pieces. As a individual, it provides me the clear visibility into transactions where it's being used and the historical records.

It definitely added value to the accounting department significantly and has reduced human error. It also helped interms of auditing and expenses on a need basis. The reimbursement process happening directly to the bank account have definitely simplified and made our life easier. It also provides the discounted rate when we look for any hotel recommendation and thus saves the cost to organization

As a user, it's a great and robust solution to track all the expensive, travel reports, and it can easily calculate the distributed cost when more than one employee is expensed together. The process from submitting, approving, rejecting, resubmitting, reimbursement are very clear and can be easily understandable. Having the mobile app is a positive experience because I don't need a scanner to scan and submit the receipt as it can be done directly through the app.
