Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
Concur Travel & Expense is being used by our whole organization. It has improved our process by moving it electronically. Expenses are stored in the system, it is easy to cost code it, upload the receipt, and submit for approvals. No more photocopying documents and inter-office mailing things to Finance.
- Easy to upload receipts.
- Tracking for approvals is fast.
- Sometimes, if I email an image of a receipt, it does not show up in my account as expected.
- The cost codes are slow to auto-populate.
- The process is so much faster at every step, which saves time and money.
Concur Travel & Expense is much more intuitive and user-friendly, which makes the whole process easier and more enjoyable.
Concur is integrated with our ERP, SAP. I am not an administrator, so I am not involved with the integrations.
We are an organization that has historically had a lot of manual processes and we are just now getting into using technology to streamline those processes. This is one area that was rolled out to employees very well and user adoption was smooth. This makes it easier for employees to adopt additional technologies for other processes in our organization.
As a user, the employee experience is great. I rarely have issues with the software and it has greatly cut down the amount of time it takes to complete an expense report for me and employees on my team. I have heard nothing but good things about Concur from my team members.
