Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
As far as I know, Concur Travel and Expense is being used solely by my team, which is only a segment of the organization. It is used mostly for filing and recording business expenses incurred by employees. Eligible expenses are then reimbursed and paid to the filer of the expense. It helps ensure that there are no incorrect reports on purchases incurred on company cards, which could lead to inaccurate bookkeeping and accounting.
- Great at organizing expenses
- It’s seamless, especially when it comes to submitting expenses and receiving approvals for the expenses.
- It’s great for sending out payments for reimbursements in a timely manner.
- Although the UX/UI is actually good, the mobile app can be slow and chunky (but this can also depends on the type of phone you have).
- It has definitely helped save time when it comes to filing and receiving reimbursements
- It’s helped with accurate bookkeeping and expense recording
- It has made the process of submission and approval of expenses easier
I don’t know of any other ERP or software being coupled with Concur Travel and Expense at the moment.
It has helped greatly with making expense reporting easier for such a large organization. It has also made it easier to use any connected company cards without the hassles of reporting your expenses.
It has made it easier for everyone to incur expenses or spend for business purposes without always second-guessing themselves or wondering when they will receive reimbursements.
