Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense

Concur Travel and Expense is used across the whole of our organization currently to track, report, and analyze business expenditures. The great advantage has been to link Concur to the travel cards and procurement cards. It allows everyone to process their own expense reports rather than through central procurement which saves time. It automates the processing of travel expense reports and allows the use of the P-Card extensively for small purchases, which allows us to cut down on the number of small invoices that we process.

Integration with traveling sites has been helpful at helping us book flights and hotels which has saved us cost and we are able to manage all our travel expenses as set within our budget. Also, our employees are able to have a pleasant travel experience. Also, integration with our existing accounting systems like QuickBooks helps us to manage our expenditure more easily.
I find the mobile app SAP Concur very innovative. It makes it simple to send a receipt by just taking a snap of a photo using the mobile app. Also, it is simple to submit expense reports, import credit card information, and approve the expenses reports all on the go with the mobile app.
Our employee experience has been amazing. Since everything is straightforward when using the app, it has made it easy for them to adapt with little training.
It is well suited for both small and large organizations with multiple departments that deal with invoices and expenses reports. The system is robust and works well for organizations in need of efficiency and streamlining their financial transactions.
