Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
We use Concur Expense as our primary corporate card processing system and have recently added Concur Travel for our travel expenses. Our company is spread across 4 states and post-covid, travel has picked back up again, and Concur Travel gives us a convenient tool for searching and booking travel, not to mention the integration straight into Concur credit card reports.

We have not really used any other products similar to this.
We use Sage Intacct for our primary finance and accounting software and have integrated Concur with it. The Concur integration is not perfect but it is relatively straightforward and achieves the goal of getting credit card expenses (including travel) into our general ledger. It happens with a push-button trigger, works well most of the time, and creates entries the way we want (with employee name, vendor, etc).
Our company is large, agile, and spread out geographically, so an integrated credit card and travel solution give us the flexibility to purchase as needed, still gather the necessary financial information, and travel more conveniently, once again, while collecting the necessary financial information as easily as possible. The mobile app also makes working while on the go easier.
From an employee standpoint, it gives them an all-in-one travel search feature that is on par with most market options, while allowing for easier integration and syncing of receipts to expense reports. From an admin standpoint, this helps us too because there are more correct receipts and documentation and less chasing down we need to do.
