Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
All employees [whose] job requires travel including all counselors, as well as any employee who needs to submit an expense report. Basically, 90% of our employees use either the travel and or the expense module.
- Track miles based on route
- Interfaces with Google maps
- Accurately scans and uploads receipts
- Iterfqcrs with bank for employee expense reimbursement
- Configuring vendor payments. We have multiple offices which means we have unique MHS accounts with the same vendor.
- Working when we have employees that have expenses across multiple MHS Programs
- Travel can not adjust for route exceptions based on traffic conditions.
- Enabled us to meet gov contracting billing deadlines
- Enabled us to meet vendor payment deadlines
- Enabled us to accurately reimburse employees and in a timely manner
The best that I have used.
Oracle Fusion, Sage, and Oracle Netsmart.
It enables a complete reorganization of AR and AP. Improved effectiveness, efficiency, and morale.
It allowed us to spend more time on projects and move people to others to less clerk-type jobs.
