Expense and travel tool with Capabilities

Concur Travel and Expense has been our Budgeting tool for our organisation for a huge amount of time. We have been using concur for Managing Travel, Team Lunch, Work From Appliance granting, Food Bills, Broadband reimbursement and Book reimbursement. Our organisation provides a lot of benefits to the employees and managing them was always a difficult task. One way we achieved this during covid was moving all our expense management from inhouse tool to Concur.

We have integrated Uber, Flight apps, and Internal Payroll management apps to generate customized report for tax purposes and works well for each integration. The team had great support while integrating the features and helped us to do integration and rollout without having much downtime.

That will help us to make sure that employees do not consume much time in passing a job that includes reimbursement of their expenses in helping them to do the work. We were able to get a lot of feedback that Concur Travel and Expense has helped make their jobs easier. From the upper management side you are able to project the benefits that were given to the Employees and when does it cost. We were able to build customized workflows including multiple automatic checks before moving to the manual approval helping reduce the rejection rate.
